Nigeria defender Michael Odibe was the hero of the night as his goal helped his Concordia Chiajna side escape relegation from the Romanian top flight. Needing a point from their last two games in the relegation play-off, Chiajna took the short trip to Petrolul Ploiesti on Tuesday night to try and save their season and did so courtesy a 1-0 win with Odibe’s headed goal the difference.
