Dennis Bonaventure made his league debut for Brugge against Lokeren and banged in brace. I saw his first goal before I had to leave the game to attend to other things. He's got pace and some cool finishing. He also scored the Uefa Champions League qualifier in midweek. I t looks like Brugge have another 'Daniel Amokachi' on their hands. I hope the 19- year old can keep churning out performances like that. Here are the highlights from the game.

Another crazy Match Day has come and gone in the Nigeria Professional Football League with MFM hugging the headlines with a 1-0 away win at Remo Stars who look doomed. Relegations looks certain for Kunle Soname's men. League leaders Plateau United huffed and puffed to a 2-0 win over Shooting Stars of Ibadan as Mfon Udoh scored the only goal as Enyimba beat Kano Pillars 1-0 in Calabar. ABS also did pretty well at Katsina United to earn a point in 2-2 draw. Coach Makinwa surely has an ace up hi sleeve-could be the three game ultimatum though. (Just saying).
